Weberitis is getting worse....

Well after being diagnosed a few months ago the prognosis is likely terminal.... The MBH I got from Mmmm has been frequently used and now it isn't enough to have only one kettle :-(
I found a C&B performer only an 8 hour round trip away.... So....

It is reported to be a couple years old with little use.
I did a couple smaller pork butts for my first cook on it, one with Simply Marvelous Sweet and Spicy and one with Plowboys Yard bird.

used 2+2 snake method with Applewood chunks.

About 5 hours in...

First one ready to pull after resting.

Both tasted great and I would use either rub again.

LOL! And in SF 1/2hour is to far to drive...Great Look cook. Be careful of terminal Weberitis, your patio will shrink...

Nice cook and CB Performer. We match now! When I saw your post I immediately scurried to mine and checked to see if it came with the gourmet grate. Nope, all I had was a dirty hinged grate.

Really nice looking cooker BBQmedic and a couple of tasty looking pork butts, what is the vent code on it, mine is an AD and I'm not sure what gummies code is yet..
