In MN, we've been on a rotation of "Polar Vortex" below zero high temps and snow storms...yesterday into this morning, we got another 10" putting us over 50" of snow for Winter thus far!  After shoveling more than a handful of times, it was time to fire up a Weber  8)

Nothing too special tonight, just a pork loin in my go-to honey & soy sauce marinade with some baked fries in the oven.  Fries are in the oven and loin is about to go on, but just wanted to share this photo.  I'll update with some finalized pics.

I know there are others who can commiserate with me...

I here you buddy. We have had 50+ inches in NJ this year. Luckily some has melted the last couple of days. Plan on firing up some coal this weekend:)

Kudos for grilling in the dark and cold. The meal looks good! No veggies though? :)

Potatoes are veggies in my book.

Great job in harsh conditions.  That loin looks perfect.

That top pic is great (the loin looks beautiful too).
