Finally got to get the little smoker out of hibernation and get cooking !

Cant wait to eat those Buckie beans !

That pic was almost 3 hr , cooked for 8  hr then 1 hr in oven to finish , it was great and so were the beans as always !

 I always wonder when I see bark that's about like that if someone has managed to keep that dark, rich brown / mahogany color all the way to the end...... mine are always dark black....taste great, but real dark color.....maybe don't smoke 'em ta death?
