How to make a Gummi Chicken Ballotine

Thanks, Gummi!  I gave it a try after watching that video a couple of time (way more helpful that reading the description from one of his cookbooks).  It took WAY more than 1 minute, and my trussing is a little uneven, but it sure tasted good.  I stuffed it with a mixture of shallots, apples, congac, and dried wheat bread, and it was really tasty.
