I did some St Louis cuts spares thifor the games sunday.  How 'bout dem boys! 

Farthest away are the bourbon glazed, middle are the sweet island pepper, and closest is my dry rub:

Wow those look great ;D It's been awhile since I glazed ribs, think I may do that this weekend...thanks for the inspiration!!! Do you do the 3-2-1 method?

I think i am ok on the grill.....but.... I have NOT perfected ribs yet .    Those look perfect!

I do a version of 3-2-1.  I do a 3 - 1.5 - 1.  We like them tender but not fall off the bone.

Yea, I like a little chew to them too, but the boss (wife) and son like them fall off the bone. Think I'll make a 3-1.5-1 rack just for me  ;D
