Haven't had a chance to fire up the kettles for some time so with the recent backdrop of snow we have had it was time to fire them up.

Two CI skillet cook - one for each kettle.
Onions and Italian peppers prepping before beer and brats added
Bacon, onions, and shallots prepping before sprouts
Brussel sprouts with nice caramelized goodness . Pan roasted sprouts done this way are really good.
Brats simmered in beer and onion/ pepper and then finished off with a little time over the coals.
Brats were served with raw red onion and jalapeņo mustard. Nice meal on a cold December night.
