Hello everyone, yesterday we wanted a nice sandwich and then I said " I make a great sandwich " and I started leafing through the Bible Weber and with some modifications it came out a FrankenBurgher !

Ingredients for the burgers :
1,3 lb ground beef
1/2 tsp herbs of Provence
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

tapenade :
1/2 clove garlic
0,2 lb green olives
0,2 lb olives blacks
2 tbsp capers, rinsed
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp strong mustard
1/2 tsp herbs of Provence

Optional:
tomato
lettuce
mayonnaise
gherkins
salsa
cheese

First I prepared the first Tapenade chopping in a very subtle olives capers and garlic , I joined mustard oil and herbs mix well and put aside. For the burger is nothing easier than that combine the ingredients and create 4 equal patties to serve coupled with over two of their cheese.
I prepare for direct cooking bbq fast enough .. 4 minutes per side .. and half of the two minutes of the second side I put two slices of cheese on each burger and the expiration of the time I take off and put into the pot as well ....
From bottom to top .. bread, HP sauce , tomato, cheeseburgers , Tapenade , slice of bread, HP sauce , lettuce, hamburger , pickles , mayonnaise , bread. The whole weighed 1,2 lb ... I know that I have a little ' over the top but the FrankenBurgher was great !
