You read that right- WYC = WYOCENA YACHT CLUB! Harbormaster sent me some rub a while back and this is my first go with them on ribs. I've never had bark quite like this on ribs. Word on the street is that there is rub in the coffee so his recipe adds flavor layers of earthy and umami.
I'll report back once they are sliced and in my tummy. They are resting now.

Nice color, great looking ribs, did you do the mustard slather or straight rub? I love coffee in rubs.
