I had a taste for pepper stout beef, so off to the store I go. Let's see chuckie..........$5.99/lb.......:hand: Chit I already got all the other stuff...... Ohhh what's this..........pork sirloin roast $1.88/lb......:becky: So let's give it a try. I have 2 6# roasts rubbed with some Simply Marvelous Spicy Apple, some pabalano and green peppers with some red onions and of course the Guinness Stout......:thumb:

Next we roast the Pablanos until soft and then let them sweat so the skins comes off easy.

This is for the warm weather smoker.............:tape:

Roasts are spinning up nice over some apple and cherry wood

Took this for a spin a couple of days ago and it followed me home....:heh:

All panned up and ready for a 4 hour braise

Shredded and cooked down time for a sammie or two.......:thumb:

And here we go Pepper Stout Pork Sammies......This DID NOT SUCK....:becky:

After my PSB cook, I planned on doing it with pork the next time.  I haven't had a next time yet, but hope it comes out as good as yours looks!
I've always had gas...  And now a bunch of kettles because of this place.  Thanks!

Yeah Buddy !!!!

That looks great !!!!

What's up with cow neck @ $5.99/lb ?

Might as well start using other cuts like this !!!!
"If you want it fancy there is BBQ spray paint at home depot for that. "
    Covered, damper-controlled cooking.....IF YOU PLEASE !!!
"But the ever versatile kettle reigned supreme"
