Hey, sorry about that.

It's a change I implemented a couple days ago because the WKC has been getting hit with spammers.

It's easy to catch and delete their spam when the post it in the forums - but I was worried that they would start sending private message spam.
I can't monitor private messages unless someone clicks the "alert moderator" button - so as a precaution I disabled the mass private message option.

I've upped that number to 5 - is that enough?

I understand why you set this up, so I'll just wait an hour to finish the replies awaiting in my inbox.  10 would be better in my case.

There's a number of us in the DC region who are in a string of PM's.  If I send 1 PM to the group of 6, I have to wait an hour before sending another PM as """You have exceeded the limit of 5 personal messages per hour."""
All I sent was the one message, but I guess it counts as 5?  Is this right?

that is right.
it was also set to max 5 recipients per message.

i've upped the max recipients to 10, and the max messages per hour to 25.
