So I get a chance to do some cooking, wings, we cannot seem to get enough of them at the moment.

Some garlic bread and tomato's, be rude not to.

I'm trying some wedge's tonight, they have been in a chilli oil for a few hours, I'm also trying some lamb kebabs, I picked these up from my butcher, they are s'posed to be pretty spicy so why not.

Now I'm a bit of a fan of black pudding fan, my butcher has some really nice stuff, so I picked up a small chilli stick, and that was wrapped in bacon.

My new gas assist.

On first go the tom's along with some wings, I did three lots of wing's in total, On with the last lot of wing's, I also stuck on a couple of garlic breads.

The tomato's cooked down really good, fantastic spread on the garlic bread.

With the wing's and tom's out of the way, I quickly finished the garlic breads, then it was on with the wedge's and the black pudding thingy, would that be called a bloink?

Anyway, things are going pretty good, the missus is watching telly elsewhere, the lazy arsed dog is in her bed as usual, it's just gone dark, the smell of the smoke, the noise from the sizzle and not much else, a cold American beer brewed by their original all natural process using the choicest hops, rice and best barley malt, yeh it's easy to see how ya catch weberitus.

So just the kebabs to do then I can sit down and enjoy.

It's been a good cook, I have seriously enjoyed it, weather is on the turn so not sure when I'll get another cook in.

And not forgetting the obligatory beer shot.

Till next time.

Really nice looking cook up Ray. You are really thinking outside the box.

How did those wedges turn out, never really even thought of trying to do wedges that way.

I remember those lamb kebabs, they are almost like kofte aren't they?

thanks ken, the wedges were pretty good, very spicy, they could have done with another 5 mins but then again, dont the chef's call it aldente. 8) i'm going to try them on the warming rack next time, have not used it yet so it needs playing with.

yup, the kebabs are big kofta's on a stick, not as spicy as we like, but with a splash of hot sauce they were spot on, will definitely be making my own next time.
