So my plans were to wake up early and make breakfast for me and the girlfriend. Well being my day off I slept in and she headed to work. So I thought let's make it for lunch and I do it on one of the kettles. So that is what follows.

So lit a chimney full on the 18" OTS. It serves as the ceremonial lighting grill pretty much every cook.

Then put the coals in baskets to get them close so I could heat up the skillet and do the bacon made a little aluminium foil pan for the sausages.

Made another pan for the bacon to go into to stay warm. I need more cast iron  cook ware.

So keeping everything warm dump the bacon grease out of the pan and in go the eggs.

Flip the eggs and start to toast the bagels.

Bagels toasted, eggs ready, bacon ready and sausage to. Assemble add pepper jack cheese and finish of to nice toasty and melty goodness.

Plated and then cut and ready to eat.
Served with a nice mid day beverage.

And yes both sandwiches are mine!

Ahhh now a little nap yup that sounds good.

Oh wait I have a project I gotta work on to get ready to show off to some grillfellas coming up soon. No nap today... oh why did I eat it all... why.:P

Sneak peek of special project.

Hmmm what is that last pic two pieces being joined together????? Hmmm there also seems to be a piece of frame that doesn't belong in the 2nd and 3rd pic?????

Thanks everyone for looking and enjoy I gotta go get to work now on my special project.

it goes into a can that I keep in the freezer. I use it later for many different things.

Looks like a damn good start to the day.  I'm disappointed that I can't cook eggs on my grill.  My grill is presently located on my sloped driveway, so the eggs all slide to the bottom of the pan  >:(

First world problems I suppose  ;D

Looks wonderful. I love breakfast on the kettle. I would have just cooked the sausage and bacon right on the grate though. I like doing potato hash in the skillet too.

I didn't cook the sausages in the skillet but in my make shift aluminum tray, I cook the bacon in the skillet before the eggs because it gives the eggs alittle more depth in the flavor dept. ;D
