Sorry Troy. I could have told you about the woodward connection or at least hypothesized about it.  We had it when I was growing up. In fact my folks just sold the last of the old patio furniture about a year ago.  All white basically identical to the original sevilles.

I dont know just how it was retailed in conjunction with Weber though on these 18 inch carts.

oh, it's Woodard, not woodward.

Woodard certainly made most, if not all of the wrought iron grill carts.

Now to figure out if the 'black sheep' carts should be called sevilles or not?

Yeah I've noticed all the similarities too on all the wrought iron carts...all makes sense now. I always thought that weber never made those carts themselves.

I have one.  It doesn't have any markings on it, as far as I can tell.
