First 'real' cook on my Genesis, I did burgers but well, you know... they're burgers.

I hollowed a small area of the onion and inserted a bouillon cube and some butter, red potatoes were cubed and seasoned with some veggie oil, kosher salt, ground pepper and some Weber vegetable seasoning. Steaks were just a basic oil rub with kosher salt and pepper, sometimes the KISS method is best.

Steak flipped, potatoes and onion heating up nicely.
