My try at Chuck Eye Steaks

Finally got around to trying some chuck eyes I picked up last weekend, Today I finally got some time to burn up some charcoal.

salted the steaks


some mushrooms and sweet peppers


Some precooked potatoes frying up in a CI skillet


the chuck eyes went on the Santa Maria grill to get cooked over some mesquite lump


My plate with some creamed spinach, potatoes, mushrooms, peppers and a steak. steaks are really good for the price.

Oh! I just finished my dinner and I want to grab that fork at try the chuck eye out! You nailed it John and it's fun watching that SMG in action!
