Wife made bourbon beans (no pics I know of yet)
Steamer clams in a white wine lemon garlic butter sauce
Boiled New England Lobsters
Deep fried french fries
Grilled NY Strips (bought two whole strips and butchered them up.)
Corn on the cob

A few pics, and will add more.

No Webers today, This would have been a perfect ranch kettle cook.

I drank this whole bottle while cooking

After dinner, after dessert, apple pie moonshine and CAO brazil cigars.

20 lbs of clams, and this is all that is left.

NY Strips (Angus)

A little fire on the clams D

I should add, this is my other sister in law's (not the one pictured) wedding, not mine. Been married 5 years in October myself.

Made some leftovers for breakfast.

This morning I had 5 leftover lobsters. I picked the meat, sautéed onion, garlic, butter, oil, lemon and white wine, with toasted panko crumbs, and parsley. Cut in half the long way Stuffed and grilled.

Took 3 left over strip steaks that were cooked, and sliced them and made steak fajitas huevos rancheros with homemade salsa Verde, sour cream, cheese, tortillas and sautéed fajita peppers and onions.

No pictures, I have a wedding to be at in 3 hours. I am in the wedding. Lol. Stinking of fajitas and seafood.

I actually wish I had another burner on that stove. Had to wait on the french fries. Next time, I may pickup another stove. :) and next time, hopefully a ranch kettle

Nice setup and grub! Like that camp chef stove. I use the side burner on our genesis quite often for boiling up lobsters/blackened fish on a CI skillet. Having two burners is a plus! Get a RK - you can cook a whole meal on one.

Here is the last lobster.

At $3.50 per lb for hard shell 1-1/2 pounders,  we got our money's worth. Good deal and good eats.
