Couple weeknight cooks

Korean BBQ pork chops



Turkey tenderloins, with a quick brine. Simple flavor, roasted slow, super juicy and consistency meant for thin slicing and sammiches.

 Yeah Turkey TL's are really good, done just like you describe !!!!

Can't go all out every night, but it doesn't mean you can't make good food when time is limited.
