Nobody wants to eat squash.

Cooked some spaghetti squash on the grill.  Who cares. Vegetables are for suckers.



Here is the good stuff.   For dessert, I made grilled banana s'mores the easy way.  Cut a moon pie in to manageable pieces.  Place pieces in a slit banana.  Do not slice all the way through the banana.



Grill indirect on a hot fire for 10-15 minutes.


Serve and enjoy.



I have done these a few ways, but using the moon pie was by far the easiest.  Tastes like a smore with a sweet banana cream sauce.

Also, I guess I should check my photos and make sure they are in focus before  uploading them.  :o

I am a big fan of spaghetti squash! Tasty stuff.  :D

Nice looking dessert ... gotta try that.  :)

You ever serve it with pulled pork lightly sauced?  It is like Barbeque Spaghetti.  Not my favorite thing .... but it was interesting.
