Brilliant Job
Jeff your work is inspirational and inspires a lot of us to have a crack at restoring old grills
Problem is you set the bar so high 8)
I'm only 2 or 3 kettles away from being that creepy guy down the street with all the Webers

You got that right, Hogsy.........

I live on a busy street, the dust etc. is constantly stirred up........NO WAY can I keep stuff up to the standard of this peach.....even indoors.....even under real good "Weber Brand" covers

Tremendous cleanup / fixup !!!!!

Very pretty. What did you name her? I like the two tone fade. I love the weber colors a lot, especially the oddballs.

Well this girl remains nameless for now...she hasn't yet earned her way into the family yet! being she's a Cado- she's sort of a black sheep! Lol. Not in my top 5 of colors. She might be a halfway house girl if a baby blue 22 ever comes along

Well I'm no miracle worker...It helps to have a clean grill to start with and help from other members with parts I need or can't make myself!

Outstanding work Jeff! That gun-metal blue is the same as on my red 18.5. An Avocado Caribbean IS in my top 5...... that one and your old one (now Stu's), are sweet ones. I've got 1 of my favorite 60s/70s appliance colors in my brown kettle....

Very nice job Jeff, you set the gold standard on restoring a beat up kettle.

They both are nice, those cados. Cado and yellow 22 are at the top of my list for sure.
Not everyone deserves to know the real you. Let them criticize who they think you are.

Great grills you have there, and AWESOME Mopars!  I'm a Chevy guy at heart, but do love the Mopars.  My dream car is a Superbird.  But for now, here is my little toy...complete with a 454

Have you ever seen any collections of 70's webers at the Car Shows ?  I always thought it would be cool to have a food cart serving food cooked on a 70's kettle at a hot rod show.
