Made Baltimore pit beef recently for my brother when he came to town.... he never had that before and is now a fan.  Also, we did ribs, which we do every year.   Both cooks were grate.

For those interested in Baltimore pit beef, there are several recipes for tiger sauce.   I combined two of them, and that version is the most popular one I've made.  It is:

3 tablespoons jarred horseradish in vinegar
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1 pinch of cayenne pepper
Sea Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste

Make it the night before or 1st thing in the morning to give time for all the flavors to meld together.
