Good day to you all.  Looking forward to learning a lot here.  I just ordered a Mastertouch 26" Kettle.  I chose this after looking at Oklahoma Joe's Highland Smoker.  After much thought and some research, I came to the conclusion that I should be able to learn to smoke as well as grill on this Weber.  I will likely be here reading quite a bit.
