If that is (what I always see) a Top Round and you got those kind of results, color me IMPRESSED ! !

Growing up, my dad always cooked them to death.  I'd have to soak my pieces in Lea & Perrins just to able to chew it.  I've tried a couple of times, but have never gotten those kind of results.

I am not worthy ! ! !

@bigdawg, I’m in that same club, I’m thinking with a new Thermo Pop and Sous Vide I may get a “C” at the same but it would only be seared on grill. LoL
