Thanks all.  It was really way easier than I’d thought.  Actually got the package from Amazon that includes the beer can chicken rack (extra $6).  I’ll give that a try at some point.

Can’t beat grilled wings!  I make them frequently using everything from the vortex to the wsm. I’ve experimented every possible way. I also deep fry in cast iron over the coals. Really all of the ways are fantastic as long as the wing gets cooked properly.  Even the genesis can turn out great wings. Looks great. Nice job.
