Queso was a traditional mix of Velveeta, Monterey Jack and Rotel - with a few added ingredients.  Added a tsp of minced garlic, a tsp of dijon mustard and a cup of light beer.  Cooked indirect on the Weber kettle and added vac sealed pulled pork from a previous cook then finished to bubbling.

Wings seasoned with Postal's Chick n Rub and tossed in a mix of Franks Buffalo / Worcestershire / Butter.

That’s quite the feast… fine cookers too.

We had a spinned chicken, picanha, and a 7 layer dip my MIL did.
I’ll have to work on posting pics over here.
