Asian Beef Back Ribs on the Summit

Kinder's SPG seasoned, 250F - 275F for two hours, wrapped for one hour, glazed with Bachan's and set for 20 mins.  Got called into work so they sat in the warming drawer for two hours.  I think the rest helped, they were really tender.  Brushed with a little more Bachan's and topped with toasted sesame seeds and green onions.  Very happy with the summit performance, it's still purring along at 275 waiting for me to throw something else on it.
Also made a lasagna for my mom and step dad while cooking.  They're in their 90s and he had a stroke a couple weeks back.  Difficult time for them.
