Pan Seared Salmon on the 26” Glen Blue

My goodness these turned out to be amazing.  Coated with olive oil and Red Lobster seasoning then seared in butter and olive oil.  Cauliflower tots and broccoli salad for sides.  If this is a diet then geez - no problem!

Thanks all, it was a fun and easy cook.  We like the skinless thick center cuts of the salmon best which are pricey at Publix but so worth it.

Looks great. We get those huge whole filets from Costco and I usually divide it up. Usually $30 but it's quite a bit of salmon.
