I was looking through the Weber app for something on the healthy side and found this recipe. Absolute winner. The Performer held 450 on 3/4 of a full sized chimney of Blues Hog briquettes while my Genesis did some corn on the cob on the upper rack and zucchini/red pepper/red onions on the griddle.
Where did I mess this up you ask? Well, I forgot to take any pictures.
