20lb tank on WPD

I have the 5ft hose adapter from 20lb tank to the performer. It does not want to light, im assuming to much gas pressure. I'd like to add a regulator but did not find anything at menards that would allow me to adapt.

Are you guys running regulators? How are you adapting them? Thanks

First are you getting gas flow out of the flame tube at all?
I had this issue and I had to remove and install my hose connections a couple of times the one on the grill was not pushing the gas flow little plunger to let gas to flow. So hoses fit better than others I guess.
