Doing 10 pork shoulders….my church does bus outreach, and we are making enough to feed approx 200. Did all on my green premium, black ssp, and black master touch, indirect, water pan in center, with hickory chunks,

Looks epic!  I think the word is out that you are the BBQ King at your church.  Everything looks amazing!
