With Winter Storm Landon rolling through North Texas I thought today would be the perfect time to see why you northerners love cooking in the snow. I’m cooking full spare ribs today. Let’s do this.

Nice!  If you're struggling with temps and you're not using a drip n griddle or foil, it really helps to do so under the food side so all the air flows up through the SNS.  Good luck and enjoy!

This is a really good point that I forgot lately, and I have been struggling to maintain temps with this winter weather. Thanks.
