This chili recipe is the bomb…… I use more like 1.75lbs of ground chuck though.  Costco provided the wieners and buns.

Lots leftover, going to freeze some for sure.  That’s actually what we do, buy the franks at Costco, vac seal/ freeze in packs of two and just buy the buns fresh when we want hot dogs.

Might just add some beans to the chili and have that for a meal!

Thanks and slaw sounds good!  Kellee does chili cheese and sauerkraut.  I'm a chili mustard and onion guy.  Without chili I like sweet relish ketchup and mustard.  SO many ways to make a hot dog!

Thanks guys....I can only do one of these and usually finish Kellee's last little bit that she can't finish.  Last time before this I made them, I also made my grilled burgers too.  One hamburger was eaten and all the footlongs were gone.  Probably not the best thing for you, but quite the treat occasionally!
