Smoked Turkey Legs.

Brined overnight with salt, sugar, peppercorns and lemongrass.
Rubbed with sugar, paprika, black/red pepper flakes, garlic and a bit of salt. Smoked  at 300-315F for about 2 hours with cherry chunk until internal reached 185F. Typically i pull them out at 170-175F but the family prefer it done at higher temp.

Custom.
Don't get much used as a chopping board. Use it primarily for preparing pizza or as a side table.
