Weber Wok Test Drive

My wife surprised me with a Weber Wok, so I decided to take it for a spin with some thinly sliced pork and stir fry vegetables!

I used an upside vortex full of coals underneath my Killagrilla 316 SS Grate and everything cooked easily and food came out fantastic! I will definitely be moving the Wok into my rotation.
