First nice day of the year up in my part of the world.   Felt thankful for all the knowledge I've gained on here that's become ingrained in me. 

Loving the space on the 26er.  Loving the B&B briquettes too!

Not big on grill mark patterns or looks.  Just care about maillard.

Well, I wasn't hedging. I can tell that's beef. It was just a statement that all meat is better grilled/bbqed/smoked. Lol
