RC Planer makes stainless steel replacement flavorizer bars and cooking grates for 1rst Gen Genesis grills.  He is in Northern California (Burlingame) and ships anywhere in the US. He sells via Ebay and Craigslist.   His products are fantastic and will probably last a lifetime.   I have his SS flavorizer bars in my E-310.  They are much thicker/heavier than other flavorizer bars sold on Ebay.
