Beautiful Tuesday afternoon, perfect weather to give Freschetta pizza a try.

Sunny skies and 82 degrees....my favorite temp...



Putting the pie on..


About 10 minutes in, nothing burning...



All done. Bottom was a nice golden brown.  Took 20 minutes with a quarter chimney full. Coals were all laid out flat on the charcoal grate. I used the raised 18.5 grate with pavers method again.


Time to eat!

Perfection! I love the sauce they use on Freschettas. I bet the family loved it.
