There's a silver lining in every situation...sometimes it's a silver cloud of smoke! I can't remember the last time I cooked ribs in the middle of the day not on the weekend. Had some time today

(Savory) rack was rubbed with my own SPG mix and the (sweet) rack was rubbed with Hardcore Carnivore red. I added a little of my own concoction too. Going classic 3-2-1 over hickory

Interested to know what rubs you all use on your ribs. I love to make my own but I'm always on the hunt for great commercial rubs for when I'm in a "pinch" (pun intended)

Oh yeah, having one of my favorite beers (or 3) while I smell the hours go by. Pizza Port Chronic Ale

Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

Nice looking weekday rib cook. A beer or three, sounds like my kind of cook.

I noticed your weber grill is catawampus

Sassy Q Sweet is my go to rub for ribs.

Only way to do it! I'll be doing a few racks today, watching the snow come down.

Nice bones!   @hoosierkettle is the weekday guru.  He has a two hour hot and fast recipe.

Thanks!  I've been doing them after work for years. It's really fun actually.

Pizza Port is good stuff. I have not had that particular beer, but a great San Diego brewery.
