I picked up some Grill Grates for my Genesis Jr as the original Grates were in bad shape.  After getting the grates seasoned I seasoned the chops and let them sit about 30min.  They came out very juicy and tender.


Wanted: 18" Platinum any color will work
This is my Kettle there are many like it but this one is mine......
