Asian marinated skirt steak. Chimichurri with jalapeño and tomato. And a beautiful Ohio sunset

Did a quick soy sauce brown sugar and Henderson's relish marinade. Seared the skirt steak on the grill grate. Threw together a chimichurri with some jalapeños and a tomato.

And peacefully enjoyed a few beers while watch the central Ohio sky change colors.

I like to add jalapeños and tomatos to mine to make a bit more chunky and spicy.
