I did them last week on the WSM after cooking a pork butt and chicken - used the chocolate filled Oreos - they tasted to good

Not sure my doc would approve.....

Doc:  "What have you been eating?  Your cholesterol and triglycerides are high."

Me:  "Why mostly cheerios, celery and tofu.  What do you think could be the cause?"

Well I do have a recommendation. Do not use Kosmos honey chipotle rub on them. Made them taste very weird. I would either not season them, or use brown sugar.

I saw this somewhere else as well. How do they cook the bacon without the Oreo filling just melting?

Don't know. But I had it at 225 for about 1.75 hours. Another thing is we put leftovers on the fridge over night. For some odd reason. They are delicious now?! Who would have thought?
