I did them on that wired cookie sheet. Didn't have to flip them. About 30 minutes at 300, then 375, for another 20. Removed when they reached 140. Used 80/20 ground beef, added Worcestershire, and two eggs. Couple tablespoons of salt lick original seasoning. Those are about .75 lbs each.

I like the collage photo. Makes a nice visual summary. Also burgers look tasty.

Those look really good.  You have some very interesting and different cooks.  It's fun to see how others put a spin on something like a burger.  Love your pics too - I'm a visual guy and believe a good picture tells the story.

I remember 20 years ago when I was trying to cook 1.5 inch burgers high and fast and never heard of low and slow or a thermometer.

Lol I wish I could've made burgers like this when I first began grilling.

These burgers look amazing!  Great cook!
