I don't normally post my YouTube videos but I thought I would share this one because I really love this smoke, sear and Q bundle that Greg makes.  I'm not sure if he has set a final price yet but he is taking orders.

I have his link in the description of the video.

Greg is just a guy trying to make a living off of selling cool little mods like this.   I'm not getting paid for this just getting the word out for a friend.

Thanks everyone and take care.

Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

Nice!  I see the deflector getting used as a griddle as well

Oh yeah, the video I linked above is just showing the bundle... but i also released a Ribeye street taco video at the same time where I did use it as a griddle.  The tacos were awesome.

You can order it from Greg.  If you click on the link of the YouTube video in my original post above, then go to the description of the video.  I tell you the name of the channel of the guy that is selling them.

Got mine today and no surprise, it's top quality for sure.  Here's a few shots of the setup.  He even threw in a foil pizza pan.  I'd say the only limiting factor is the height of the SJ lid.  Should be great for small roasts.

Thanks Joe.  I kinda want to put it in my Wedgewood Blue SJ, but if I do, I'll never use it lol.  May do a photo shoot with it all tricked out.  It has the European version charcoal grate and grease tray too and would look neat.  Weekend fun is upon us....

Awesome. Glad you ordered it!  I want to ask Greg if he could make something like cake ring to lift the lid by about two or three inches.  I tried to actually find a 14 inch cake ring but could only find one and it was really expensive so I did not get it.

That's a really good idea. Let us know what he says. That would make this even more perfect!
