Well it was an experience. At least it didn't taste fishy or greasy. Dry rubbed, then bbq sauce with raspberry preserves mixture. Made it a pain in the rear ended to cut up. Forme it was too much work for not very much meat. Way too bony. Once you got a decent piece it wasn't bad. Also the SmokeFire

Nice color on the duck.

I might have to roti or grill a duck in the near future.
