Leftover born again

Leftover chargrilled London Broil, chopped up and mixed with roasted peppers and pickled onions and chile sauce. Rolled into large tortillas, and covered in New Mexico Chile Sauce I had leftover from a get together, and topped with cheese. Kind of a burrito sized enchilada bake.
