My in-laws bought me a 20” paella pan recently so I decided to give it a test run when they visited tonight!
I’ve always been interested in doing paella because it just looks so damn good!!
I basically followed Bobby Flay’s method (just removed the expensive ingredients LOL)
I almost nailed the crust, but it was slightly burnt; still VERY edible though!
Fired up the red thumby and blue OTG and everyone ate well!
