Alright. Here's round 3 of another delicious dinner using my 22" kettle and slow 'n sear. My wife isn't complaining about all the upgrades I spent on my kettle now. Lol

Looks tasty, I like the crust.
How long and what temp did you cook the meat loaf?

Oh it was tasty for sure! Contemplating sending a plate to my brother or saving some for meat loaf sandwiches. Lol

I smoked it at around 330-340 degrees. Bottom vents about 1/4 open and top vents 1/2 open. I did about 1/2 lit chimney over 1/2 unlit chimney with a small handful of ozark wood chips.

It took about 2 hours to get to 155 degrees temp.

I hit a stall at around 140 degrees for like 20 min so I opened the bottom vents a bit to get the coals hotter and it did the trick.

The heck with your brother, make meat loaf sandwiches!

Thanks for the info, I might cook up a meat loaf this weekend.

Looks tasty for sure. Is that crust as crusty as it looks?
