My new Vortex Is this right?

I ordered a Vortex through the Island LLC on Amazon.  This is the "authorized" Amazon dealer listed on the Vortex website.
What I received is assembled with 3 rivets and not welded.  A lot of sharp metal edges (read as every exposed edge).  I will probably pull out my Dremel and solve that issue.

Is this the same product that everyone is using?  It did have the correct labeling (matches the Vortex website labeling).  I can't find a website picture to show whether the "real" product is welded or riveted.

Anybody have a Vortex with 3 rivets (besides me)?

Thanks to all who make this forum great.

Their website has photos of several with rivets. They'll never show you the rivet side in a marketing photo.

Last year I bought the Small Vortex off Island LLC through Amazon and it is assembled with four(4) rivets. As I recall,  I also have the Medium Size Vortex that I bought directly from OwensBBQ around four(4) years ago and it is assembled welded.

Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

Agree!  Mine came with their buffalo seasoning which I highly recommend and have ordered since.
