Found a Weber... Not sure if its a weber... Help.

Hi all,

Found a Weber on the side of the road. On closer inspection im unsure if its a Weber. Looks old and doesn't have any stamps. Any help would be appreciated.

Perhaps a bit like one that Weber did for K-Mart or Sears.  Maybe "the Round One".  Or maybe a Happy Cooker with a replacement vent on top?  @brewtownbeatdown might know.
