Support duty for a thanksgiving day trial run. $.49/lbs frozen turkey’s at Safeway Alameda Landing.
12.5 lbs bird cooking at 275.0 with cowboy lump coal and pecan chunks for smoke.

Very very good! Easy too.
Brine brine brine. Was super juicy! 30 minutes a pound was spot on. Averaged 280.0 degrees.
