Been tied up for a month or so with work and haven’t had time to do much of anything on the grills.
I had a chance to fire up some ribeyes this evening.
No sure if we have any mussel fans in the house but we started with steaming a 5lb bag of mussels in sautéed onions, peppers, garlic, tomatoes and oregano.
I used the broth to whip up a batch of mussel grits which were a perfect side for the ribeye.
If you like shrimp grits- give this one a try.
